Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of CastDeck, provided by Kingbear LLC (“CastDeck,” “we,” “us”). By using CastDeck, you agree to these Terms.

1. What CastDeck is

CastDeck is a meeting-launcher: it displays your calendars and opens your meetings in the apps and accounts you choose. It runs as an iPhone app paired with a free Mac helper. CastDeck orchestrates third-party tools (such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams) but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and is not responsible for them.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

CastDeck is offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. Your free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel yours anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → Subscriptions. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. The Mac helper is free but requires an active subscription on a paired iPhone to function.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse CastDeck — including by attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it, using it unlawfully, or using it to access accounts or data you’re not authorized to access.

5. Third-party services

CastDeck works alongside services like Google, Apple, Zoom, and Microsoft. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CastDeck isn’t responsible for their availability, behavior, or content.

6. Intellectual property

CastDeck, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Kingbear LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

7. Disclaimers

CastDeck is provided “as is” and “as available.” Because CastDeck depends on third-party tools and your own devices and network, we can’t guarantee every meeting will launch flawlessly every time. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingbear LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed meetings, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of CastDeck. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using CastDeck and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as CastDeck evolves. We’ll post the new effective date and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
