Setting up?

Start with the Download page — get both apps, then pair them in the iPhone app.

A meeting won’t launch?

Make sure the Mac helper is running (look for it in your menu bar) and that your Mac is awake. CastDeck will tell you if it can’t reach your Mac.

Wrong account opening?

Check your account-to-browser-profile setup in Settings.

Billing or subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your iPhone — open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS.
